Click inside viewing area either side to move forwards or backwards one run.
ALWAYS move mouse off viewing screen to the left.
Use BACK to return to last playlist. Use ROOT to return to beginning

TIPS FOR SMOOTH VIDEO VIEWING If the video is slow, or is playing in a stop start manner, try the following. PRESS the PAUSE button (Bottom left corner of Player). Watch the progress bar ( alongside & to the right of the Pause Button). The WHITE section is the amount of the clip which has downloaded. The AQUA section is the amount of the clip which has actually played. Allow the WHITE section to get about halfway across the bar, then press the play button. This should allow the video to play without buffering.
